★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay with reasonable cost, new building with dreadful rooms, new furniture, private parking area in basement but lacks of GYM and lacks of Swimming pool, no restuarant. Staff very friendly
Location is very good and near from a lotoffacilities, restaurants and Gas station. They need to focus on the quality of the cleaning and the speed of room services response

Room is clean.
Toilet space is really small, only one person use the space hardly.
No towels were available.
No prayer mate was available.
No hangers for the clothes.
No kettle in the room
They are not serving water, tea and coffee in the room.
The hotel is not providing most of the personal care supplies (Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit and slipper)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice experience location of the hotel is almost outskirts of riyad away from city center but very close to main highway and there are lot of retail and food options are available panda,Tammi etc and Mcdonald and other food chain are also near by
