★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location with near by food options. Haram Door number 6 is adjacent. House keeping guys are good. Parking problem, hotel has very limited and around there there is no parking. Difficult to reach by Google map as map is not UPDATED. Curtains are with blinds and bad pillows comfortable. But no tea kit.

Good to have water, tea & sugar in the room
The room is relatively small with no much space to move with small bathroom but in general accepted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is good with very kind stuff and helpful. The rooms are not so big, but very small. There is no internet in the rooms, but only in ground floor or the desk area. The WC is ok, but very good. The rooms will not be cleared every day, only first day.
What I like this hotel most is that the hotel is very close to the HARAM its about 5min walk. There are many restaurants close to the mosque.
I would absolutely come back to this hotel again next year in sha allah.

Did not wash bedding or change towels until we asked on 3rd day.
Beds were terrible.
On the plus you can see masjid nabawi from your window.
Also a 5 min walk

Reasonably priced.
Easy check-in and check-out.

NO HOT WATER!
Room size was very small for 2 + a baby.
Toilet had a constant water leak noise.
Shower drain was completely blocked.
Nearby construction noise was terribly loud and disturbing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Staff is very cooperative and professional. Front view is heart touching. We can go by walk in Haram with in mints . Restaurant and shops on door step. Building views also amazing. Affordable and suitable for short stay. Some rooms are very small and need maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent hotel with a very convenient access to the haram. Price is good considering the distance to the Prophet's mosque. A double bed room is average sized with a relatively small bathroom. Rooms are equipped with electric kettle and amenities. I was given an early check in. Staff at reception is very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very disgusting hotel the only good thing is it is very close to masjid an nabawi.
The pictures are very deceiving the hotel looks nothing like this. The bathroom has no towel rail. The shower tray is dirty. There is no shower curtain. No towels or toilet paper provided. There are exposed wires. The cleanliness is appalling. The carpet stinks of mould. The beds are broken. There is no kettle as shown in the picture. Rooms are very tight not much space to move around or much space for suitcase. The wardrobe provided is broken.They don't clean the room regularly arrived on Saturday 16.4.22 room was cleaned on 20.4.22 checked out on 21.4.22. Unfortunately this was not booked by myself but our travel agent. So wanted to leave a review so others interested in booking can see what it actually looks like. We have travelled as a large group(family) this is not the only room we had all 3 rooms were to this standard. I have attached pictures for reference. Would give it zero stars but that's not possible.
