★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in this entire universe. From reception desk to bell boys. I have never come across so much rudeness and
in one single place. Each room has only one working socket. Some of the other guests stole our food and the hotel didn’t do anything about it, even after complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: it is quite adjacent to Masjid al Nawabi; lobby area is decent.
Cons: Very unhelpful reception staff; very poor room services; bell boy service is not provided; they get my bags to the bus only after a handsome tip.
Conclusion: Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent experience being there. V close to haram. Room service was always available. Their cafe was v good and cheap as compared to other places. Wifi service was upto mark and always available.They also have massage facility in their lobby. overall had an excellent experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience here. Compared to non star ratings this was a very good option being a 3 star hotel. Wifi wasn't available in the rooms. Lobby was always crowded with people all the time. Has good buffet as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, very near to Haram like around 7 to 900 meters. Excellent rooms, very clean and big to accomodate big capacities. Best part is it's not very expensive too. I have been to the hotel in Ramadan 2022. Appreciate their service. Thanks alot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel don’t even deserve to be opened for business, worst place I’ve been to. The rooms they provided had fungus, dam, dirty pillows, bogies on bedsheets and handprints. The receptionist couldn’t care less and then after some arguing they gave us somewhat “better” room. The lifts are dirty no place to breathe. The hallways stink. The rooms have no spacing at all. The people living are tramps and have no manners. The food was disgusting, undercooked and unhygienic. This is a honest review.
