★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to give this place three stars, I wish I could give it more. However, everytime I walk in I feel lost, unguided. Everyone expects me to know where to go next which I don't. And I'm often left alone on the hairdresser's chair waiting for them to blow dry my hair. The hairdressers are usually very good. And I wish we had a system where the hairdresser herself would blow dry the hair or at least do a proper consultation with the client. Overall, it is a good salon but I wish it were better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was the option to give them sub zero stars. By far the most traumatizing experience i ever had in a hair salon. After being rushed by the hairdresser to decide on how I want to cut my hair (cuz she has a regular customer waiting.. though I was clear that I can wait until she serve her) she managed to cut it in the most rushed old fashioned uneven layers ever. I left the salon without even drying my hair as I waited for someone to do that and I was for nothing. I called after I left and gave them my very honest negative review. I sent them an instagram message. A week later they respond by: please pass by to solve the issue!!! Little do they know that Id rather go bald and not step foot in their salon again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to this salon for many years now and have seen their services improve throughout the years but unfortunately today was a bad experience. I arrived before my appointment however I was not received on time. They were late by a total of 35 minutes for both services (blow dry + haircut). My haircut was fine. The blow dry was done terribly. The lady refused to lower the power on the hair dryer (it was on the highest power and heat). It felt like my scalp was burning! First she said it’s because the hair dryer does not decrease (that this is the lowest) and then when I challenged her that this couldn’t be true, she said it’s because your hair needs this (it doesn’t. I’ve done my hair before).
Afterwards she charged me an unfair price by charging me the highest price of blow dry (the highest although I just cut my hair and should have been charged the medium bracket of price). The admin lady told me they changed their pricing and showed me a graph of the hair length (my hair was close to medium) but they then claimed it’s because of my hair thickness. Mind you, I used to come to this salon with this hair length (and thickness) and paid the medium bracket. Anyways, to top it off I arrive back to the blow dry station because I forgot my Abaya in a bag only to find the bag turned upside down on the floor (when it was previously on the table). Which is very strange as I did not put it on the floor nor did it fall infront of
me. I am so disappointed as Manna was my go to
place but now I’m not so sure I would step foot in here again! In short, terrible attitude, bad pricing and not respectful of the time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon has no respect for their client’s nor potential client’s time. I made an appointment earlier this week to cut my hair. I show up on time and they take me to wash my hair. I sit down at Helen’s station and wonder where she is and ask when she is coming and they say yes she will be here shortly. Suddenly, a lady comes to me to tell me that Helen can’t cut hair today bc she cut her finger yesterday. Seriously you couldn’t have the decency to call me yesterday or even today at least an hour before my appt to tell me this. What a waste of my time. I do not recommend this place as they clearly have no respect for people’s time and have bad management .
