However, we asked for housekeeping twice but no one came. And the bathroom glass hasnt been wiped in ages and the odor in the bathroom is unbearable.
They need to work on cleanliness and up keeping of the facility

The staff’s and servuce there are very friendly and helpful. sure like in your house every thing you want you find directly. all stuff are excellent especially Ms. Hanoof she is a kind person and very helpful he does his best to satisfy his guests sure every year l will book them also the hotel is so near to the Holly Mosque (Al Haram) thank you for all team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 10 nights during Ramadan and would definitely come back! The food was amazing. Thank you to chef Ahmed for looking after us and feeding us! Could improve on cleanliness in rooms tho for a 5 star hotel. Perfect location of around 5-7 min walk from haram shareef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All services are absolutely unacceptable. Last 10 days of Ramadan charges are too high without any good services. No room services , lack of dining facilities,overcrowded hotel without proper supervision. Unbelievable. 5 star with 1 star service. Management should look into it seriously. The only good thing is bell boys some restaurant workers fantastic service and behaviours. Bell boy Naeem extra helping attitude. With his help manage to find one room out of 2 available.
We thank him for his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room, especially the bathroom, could do with a bit more cleaning and odor removal. Also, during our two night stay we've requested housekeeping services twice but they never showed. Otherwise, beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, and the hotel is in very close proximity to the Haram (main reason it's worth staying at).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a regular hotel not fancy nor you can rate it 5 stars. However, my stay was comfortable but it didn't meet my expectation as it showed and advertised on booking.com. The rooms need to be cleaned properly because I found dirty windows, the door has a greasy mark, and toilets are not ✨ shining.
The good point is that it's near and they can help you to park your car in a public parking space and their driver can pick up and drop you at the parking spot.
Overall stay is nice, but there is a lot of room for improvement especially the in terms of hygiene and cleaning.
