Z	Zeeshan Nawaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed to visit this time. No room cleaning. AC not working Even we cheeked 2 more rooms. Low quality buffet breakfast(Even they charged 35 SAR per person basis) Difficult to access if you have wheelchair guest .because hotel is uphill Overrated Hotel no value for money. not recommended to visit again.
D	Distantthunder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small rooms and toilets are squeezed into tight corners. The elevators sometimes do not work and it is confusing in the way it is arranged. WiFi never works in the rooms and you have to come down to lobby for using it. If your budget can handle it, seek a better place to stay. And l forgot to mention the unfriendly staff and the fact the hotel is located on a steep hill.
N	Nadia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really close to the haram! Our room smelled so bad because of cigarettes. Refrigerator didnt work. The whole hotel is placed on a high hill so it's really exhausting to basically climb up. The brrakfast is like fool and egg. Not choosing this hotel another time.
T	Tahia Nawar Deya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Ramadan 2019, it was my second visit to this hotel.. Loved the hotel and their food.. They offer complementary breakfast buffet and on Ramadan they offer complementary Sahoor buffet.. Housekeeping staffs are helpful and friendly, regular on their duty..

Room service is not as good as it should be.I repeatedly requested them to provide me an extra pillow but they never did.The receptionists should know at least English.They don't understand or they don't want to understand the problem.Card system to unlock the doors are not good.wifi signals are very poor even on the 1st floor.
A	Azam Parwana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel. I am visiting since 1998. A walkable distance to Haram. But today Oct 25th I checked in. I don't find a spoon in the room tea tray(See Picture). Last year also there was no spoon available in the tray. It's 1:45 AM,I called room service NO RESPONSE, I called Housekeeping NO RESPONSE.

The rooms were clean however, they put me in a smoking room so I can smell the smoke. Also I'm sensitive to smoke. That's why they lost stars. The breakfast was really delicious and variety to choose from. Also it is located near it is on hill but there is shuttle van that will pick you up and drop you off Also it is old hotel and it shows Staffs were friendly and helpful
O	Omour Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good hotel when i stayed there for my umrah with my families with two children. The food is perfect. Regular free taxi service from the hotel to Al haram. It is close walking distance to the Al Haram. Only issue is had is its on the hills climb position. It is very tiring to walk back to the hotel because of climbing up hill. Hotel rooms are good size and clean. Good furniture with regular room service. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
