Al Thuraya Hotel - Ajyad

Walking distance 15 to 20 minutes entrance Bab-e-Abdul Aziz, if the weather is good then this walking distance very good for olders and youngsters. If the weather is above 35C then over 45y and over weight person should avoid because its need some hiking. Wife service not available in rooms only in lobby. Breakfast too much common. Rooms are clean bit conjested

small room but clean. have bad experience while stayed at this hotel. black out on 18th feb 2019 from 10am to 8 pm. Couldnt use elevator, no water and no electricity at all. I had to walk down stair from 6th floor to ground floor. really bad experience and no apologize from their staff.

Everything was way below any standard at this Hotel. When I first arrived at this Hotel, it was at a very steep slope (which was really shocking). Then during checking in, I asked for a king bed as I was staying alone but the receptionist told me that the room allocated to me was with two twin beds and when I asked him for a king-bed room, he again told me this is the one allocated to me and can not be changed. Then, I went to the room to realize the bigger problem that the room access has to go through a section with 2 other rooms with families where they were having their room door open and when I entered inside room the room was very very small not clean and the toilet is a disaster. At this point I called the reception and requested to either cancel the booking or provide me with a better room with a king size bed and they agreed to change the room finally. However when I went to the other room was okay but again not up to the expectations with a very nasty toilet. At this point I decided to cancel my second night and I started looking for another hotel to book my second night somewhere else. My decision was reconfirmed when I went for the breakfast on the next day earlier where I entered a corridor which is I think the restaurant for this hotel which was also located into another building and I left without eating anything as it was really disastrous!!!!

Amazing place with a very friendly hotel staff. Food was excellent as well being it a Turkish cuisine it was something different from the normal food we get in Makkah. Overall a great experience. Room are small but cozy and contains all amenities

great choice to stay around masjidil haram. the rate is affordable, the room is clean with modern furnished. the bathroom is a bit compact but I have no issue with that. Praying mat, tissue, soap & shampoo, towels, and fridge are available in the room. coffee and tea are free at the lobby, but no water heater to make one in the room. about 100m approaching the hotel the walk path is inclining quite significant.

Sorry my dear. I did not go inside. Only saw out side area which is very beautiful. But I will go once inshallah.

Very nice fresh rooms, good breakfast with many different things to choose from and very nice staff and owner, highly reccomend for anyone staying in makkah on a budget
