★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my hair colour with Farida. She is the best. And also I did acrylic nails and it was bad experience with Khaiririyah. The second day started to fall. In one week total 6 nails fell down.
If you need to do just do it with Jean only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alanoud alturki is one of the best make up artists I’ve ever been too, amazing professional well executed make up, she’s also so polite and cooperative, also fato his one of the most professional hairstylist ever.
I do recommend the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!! All because of the first floor (hair) supervisor named Hind! So rude and unprofessional. How can she be a supervisor at this beauty salon with her disrespectful manners and treating the customers like this.
Regarding Toha the hair stylist, her work is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I had the worst experience in this salon. The staff had such a bad attitude and the hair stylist didn’t give me the results I wanted and she didn’t even care to be gentle with my hair. When it was time for me to pay, they wanted me to pay 450 riyals for EXTRA long hair even though the length of my hair is considered medium length hair, and when I talked to the lady who was responsible, all she did was snatch the paper from in front of me and change the price to 300 riyals and tell me “that’s all I could do” with the worst attitude. Overall, I really don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I booked an appointment at 13:00 and was assured by their booking team that they will be able to begin service at 13:00 on the dot given that I am in a rush. 20 minutes into entering the establishment and waiting for someone to help, I was told that they’re unable to begin the service for another 30 minutes. This salon expected me to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment even though I made very clear on the phone that it is crucial I start at 13:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was unpleasant. First of all, they gave me a different worker then the one i requested when i made the appointment and simply said “she’s not answering her phone”. Also The workers are extremely moody and don’t want to fix what they didn't do properly and try to convince you that they did it well to prevent fixing it… they also try to charge you more even if your hair isn’t long. won’t be coming ever again
