★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الموظف جداً سيء حاجز سيارة من الساعة ١١ وما استلمتها الا الساعة ٣ العصر نصيحة مسلم لا اخد يتعامل معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ????قبل ما تاخذ السيارة صورها فديو ????
موظف الاستقبال في قمة الاخلاق و الادب لكن واجهت بعض الاشكالات
- موظف الاستقبال اخذ بطاقة الفيزا وجالس يتمشى فيها داخل الفرع ودخل فيها الغرفة الخلفية!
- استاجرت سيارة و اخذت معها تأمين شامل ووقت ما اخذتها كانت مغبّره شيء بسيييييط ، و لما جيت اسلّم السيارة قالو فيه مخش ( يا انه منّي مع انه مستحيل عشان معاي تأمين شامل لو صار شيء بدبّر - او انه كان مغطّى بالغبار مع انه يوجد مغسله داخل الفرع ! )
- السيارة كانت 2020 وكانت فيها مشاكل مثل وجود تنسيم في القزاز و الدرج اللي بين الراكب و السائق لا ينفتح
????قبل ما تاخذ السيارة صورها فديو ????

- I rented a car and took comprehensive insurance with it, and at the time I took it, it was dusty, something bad, and when I came to hand over the car, they said that it was dreaded (oh, it is from me, although it is impossible for me to have comprehensive insurance if something happened to be managed - or it was covered with dust even though there is a washroom inside Branch!)
- The car was 2020 and it had problems such as the presence of a breeze in the qazaz, and the stairs between the passenger and the driver did not open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة سيئة لا يوجد لديها مفهوم خدمة العملاء. سيارتهم قديمة وسيئة. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم.
Bad company has no concept of customer service. Their car is old and bad. I do not recommend dealing with them.

لكن نصيحة اذا جيت تأخذ سيارة بصفة عامة :
1- صورها بالفيديو لضمان حقك
2- حاول تحصل على سعر طيب و تأمين شامل و يشمل الزجاج و الإطارات .
3- احتفظ بالعقد حتى بعد تسليم السيارة
The company is good and new
But advice if you come to take a car in general:
1- Take a video of it to ensure your right
2- Try to get a good price and comprehensive insurance, which includes glass and tires.
3- Keep the contract even after handing over the car
