★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to rent a car after making a reservation in advance. Reservation was apparently just "created" and not confirmed so car was not available. When it was dropped off, it was smaller than advertised and smelled horribly like cigarettes. The Hanco employee also was not being upfront about all the charges associated with the car rental and the price practically tripled from what the website said once the final cost resulted. Did not rent from here.
