★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very over priced place , I’m sad because I did my girl’s birthday there , they did not help me with any thing they even asked me to bring water and sopnes for the cack while I paid 3000 riyls for the party, sopnes and water not included it covered only the venue .. also the receptiest were ????

If you want to spend a good time with your little ones, stay away from this place. They have good services and decorations but the management is simply horrible.
I arrived ten minutes late to my appointment and they welcomed me and I paid for the services. Then, she told me a party is scheduled later and they would have the priority due to my late arrival. I told her it would’ve been more convenient to come in another time if I’ve been told that at the beginning. The whole situation was awkward and had to handle it because my daughters were enjoying the services. However, the way they acted and gave the instructions were not acceptable at all. These types of places need high customer service to provide an enjoyable experience for kids and family. For instance, the music was off until the other group arrived. Also, neglecting a kid in the middle of the service to do the service for another girl!!! I was speechless. I’m lucky I visited the place for few services before planning to have a big birthday there.
The precautionary measures were not there at all. Many persons arrived for the party and nothing was sanitized. I had my own spray and used it everywhere.
