After a year, I washed the covers after asking the salespeople
Unfortunately, the covers got shrunk, also, the sponge inserts started to go down
I contacted the customer service and they sent a team to do check up, shortly after, customer service called to inform that they won’t do anything since it’s been a year.
It’s unacceptable at all. I purchased the item for almost 9000. I expected better quality lasts for 5 years at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recall going to the branch in Jeddah a few years ago and the showroom was very good while the prices were on the high side. However the Riyadh showroom does not have the same feel. The goods seem to be made in China with a medium quality while the prices are high. The accessories section has good variety and you can find some good stuff. I have added pictures as an example. The sofas are not bad and some are very comfortable.
