★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it’s nice having Panda, Jarir, Saco, Mcdonald’s and other resturants. I suggest to convert the basement together with a section of the basement-parking to a kid-zone / playground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The designs are somewhat unique the quality is variable, in comparison with other brands which are of European labor, this brand is exaggerated in cost as Chinese furniture should be of lower pricing for the end user due to the lower cost of labor.
I believe it is highly over priced. My comment is written at a time of 40% discount.
How ever there are some quite impressive and unique items which some may find a must buy.
I encourage to visit the showroom with a clear understanding of what your living space needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in between Hittin and Dariyah area. Very beautiful place. It holds many shops. Some good cafeteria, restaurants and other coffee shops. You will also find Panda Hypermarket, SACO, Jarir book store. Very beautiful garden with fountain. Parking space in as big as the plaza. Worth to visit for recreation activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my favorite plaza ever, as it is located in a distinguished place with a promising future, at the intersection of King Khalid Road with Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road. The variety of shops in this plaza gives it a unique advantage, as there are my favorites international cafes such as Caribou, Dunkin, Starbucks, Saco, Jarir Bookstore, chucke cheese Entertainment Center for children and youngsters, delicious Baskin Robbins, Shrimp Shack, Anoosh Sweets, Whites Pharmacy, Sultan Gardens, Modern furniture shop, Panda supermarket, various restaurants. In fact, I always prefer to go to this center to spend a good time with family and colleagues. Ample parking and a bank branch are available. I suggest to the management of the plaza to provide wide shades for outdoor sessions and to cool off the hot weather.
