★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite and great spot to hangout, I like that they have designated parking lot. The only issue is next to Riyadh park. Which make it hard to get to because of the traffic specially in the weekend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a great place to go it has very good varieties between restaurants in Ground floor such as (Raising Cane’s, Shake shack, zafran and many more, and Some good cafes in the 1st floor that has an amazing outdoor area. And of course Jarir. You can go there if you want a place to eat and chill and enjoy the view of the Fountain in the main hall of the Plaza. As for the Parking it’s quite difficult to get a spot in the front parking but you can always find one in the basement parking. Place is clean has elevators and escalators in each floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love rubeen plaza only because it has great parking under ground, a jarir and a starbucks next to each other. And if you are hungry a few decent choices are available. So anytime i go there a good 3 to 4 hours can be spent to relax and enjoy the location
