★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know where to begin as I’m utterly disappointed with this place the staff are very unfriendly at the reception. The masseuses are lovely and very good, but it’s not great for me to say it made me feel happy. I came 15 mins early for my appointment and told to wait which I accepted as I was early for my appointment and I had two treatments booked, it’s not cheap so take that into consideration. I had my first treatment at 10.30 and finished at 11.30, I had to wait an 1 hour for the second and was not happy, nobody acknowledged me waiting in disposable robe and towel and I was freezing at this point with wet hair as I had a Hamam. I was so furious so upset that I spoke to Sara and she tells me you came early!!! Better to be early than late; how rude can a receptionist be, yes I came early so I could be on time for my second treatment and that was extra 30 mins late as I was seen at 1pm I was so shocked. Sarah then said she will offer me a complimentary treatment I said no as this place ruined plans as I had a lot of activities booked as I’m visiting Riyadh. I think they need to take notice of their guests if they want them to return. I know this is long I really don’t write complaints but the attitude and service was so bad that I need to let viewers know before they are disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there the other day. I liked the place. The staff were friendly and polite. I tried their Swedish massage by “Jofy” for 45 minutes. It was great?? and I definitely recommend it.I wished it was a full hour instead of 45 minutes though. I got my mother to try it too.
The interior is lovely especially the relaxing room. After the massage session they serve you a drink (tea or juice) of your choice and small snack of nuts and raisins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love the place .. and still has good vibes and massage … but the big big big mistake is the disrespect to the appointment time !!!! I came and I have an appointment at 10:30 for massage but until 11 am I did not start the massage !!! This is absolutely unacceptable!! Specially that they cancel your appointment if you are 10 min late!!!
Totally totally unacceptable. I have other commitments and other appointments to do and to go and this 30 min late is a big issue!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ignored the bad reviews to this place and went to live my own experience, honestly I don’t usually do bad reviews since I believe everyone has its own taste but when it comes to service providers.. especially in the relaxation and wellness industry I have to share the worst and awful experience it comes from the start unprofessional and busy staff.. I booked for the whole thing I had to wait for 30 minutes for the first service and the second I had to wait in a robe after the Moroccan bath for another 30 minutes in a very cold area after a Moroccan bath! Even the complaint took another 15 minutes! ? for your mental health don’t even think of visiting this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good and punctuate. They are slow in communication , they don’t answer the phone or reply msgs quickly. I had relaxing massage and it was really relaxing. I liked the decoration . There was only one toilet in the whole place. They have many services . They use disposable towels . It was a good experience.
