★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا حصلي موقفين كرهني بالعيادة
1- موظفة الاستقبال حجزتي موعد والمركز قبل الموعد بيوم اكدوا الحجز بالواتس اب وعن طريق الاتصال وجيت بالموعد رفضوا يدخلوني لأن مافي ممرض قدرت الموقف وحجزوا لي بيوم ثاني وجيت باليوم الثاني كان وقت الموعد 12:30 وحضرت قبل الموعد ب 20 دقيقة وانتظرت إلى الساعة 1 وانا مشيت ومادخلت الموعد ..
2-مرة انا جيت متأخر 7 دقايق وجاء واحد وخلوه يدخل قبلي وانتظرت ساعة كاملة علشان ادخل للموعد ..
وبالنسبة للممرض ممتاز شغله

1- The receptionist booked an appointment and the center a day before the appointment. They confirmed the reservation via WhatsApp. By calling, I came on time. They refused to let me in because there was no nurse. She estimated the situation, and they booked me on a second day, and I came on the second day. The appointment time was 12:30. I attended 20 minutes before the appointment, and I waited until 1 o’clock. I walked in and made the appointment.
2- Once I came 7 minutes late and one came and let him enter before me and I waited an hour to get in for the appointment..
As for the nurse, his job is excellent

حبيت أحكي عن تجربتي في قسم الليزر والتجميل بعيادة بسمتك الجميله ?
في البدايه طلع لي اعلان عن طريق السناب والأسعار اغرتني ??
إني اجرب فقلت يابنت لاتدخلين بالعميق على طول اخذت عندهم بكج ثلاث جلسات تشقير حواجب مع الرتوش وكانت النتايج نفس اللي اسويها بعيادات ثانيه ويمكن افضل بعد والفرق بالسعر واضح بالعيادات الثانيه اخذ الجلسه الوحده بـ ١٥٠ وبهالمركز اخذت ثلاث جلسات ماجت ميتين اعتقد ١٩٠ او ١٨٠
بعدين قلت خليني اجرب الليزر فل بدي عندهم واخذت لحد الآن جلستين مع الرتوش والنتايج لحد الآن مرضيه جداً ولله الحمد
بعدها قلت بجرب التجميل سويت جلستين فراكشنال صح إني تصفقت من الألم ??
بس وش نسوي لازم نتحمل الزين يبي ☺️
طبعاً وش احكي ووش اخلي هو ممرضات فلبينيات يهبلون والا بنات الاستقبال اللي يعاملونك بكل حب كأنك وحده من اهلهم وحريصين عليها مو مجرد عميل

والممرضات ياسمين وآني
هذولي اللي تحضرني اسمائهم حالياً ولاهو قصور بالباقين
ادري طولت بالكلام بس هذي خلاصة تجربتي
الصراحه اعطيهم مليون نجمه
عياده صدق عليها الكلام وتستاهل كل ريال
الله يبارك لهم برزقهم ويضاعفه يارب ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسب خبرتي في الليزر و تجربتي مع هذا المركز للاسف الفلبينيات يحتاجون تدريب شغلهم سريع سريع جلسة فل بدي ماتاخذ ٣٠ دقيقه ليه !!! و الوجه مايعرفون يسوونه صح منطقه الشنب ماعندهم خبره ابدا والموقتين لهم عود الخشب لتغطية الشفه شفتي صار فيها نقط بيضا من الليزر اقولهم غطو يقولو طيب طيب و يسلكو مافي فنيه وخبره ابداً .. بالنسبه للجهاز ايفو لاين دويتو او دويتو ايفو لاين ما اعرف مين الصح بس انه مو كويس يطلع حبوب وعشان اظلم الفلبينيات جميعا جربت ( آني ) ممتازه و صبوره اما الباقيات شغلهم سريع و قليلات ادب يراددون بأسلوب قليل ادب
According to my experience in laser and my experience with this center, unfortunately, the Filipinas need a quick, quick job training session, so I don't want to take 30 minutes why!!! And the face, they do not know how to fix it. The mustache, they have no experience at all, and the timers have a wooden stick to cover the lip. My lips have white spots from the laser. I tell them they say OK, OK, and they follow. There is no technicality or experience at all. It is not good for pills and because it is the darkest of all Filipinas, I tried Annie, who is excellent and patient, but the rest of them work fast, and they are a little polite and say a little polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (تجربتي مع مجمع بسمتك الجميله )…أنا من هذه الواجههه الارشاديه ؛؛؛أود شكر الدكتوره سحر واقول بارك الله لكِ في عملك ،وجهدك .لقد كنتِ بلسم لوجعيّ ،فعند ذهابي للعياده كانت الدكتوره مستجيبه لي ومنصته ،فأنا انسانه لاأستحسن الذهاب لطب الاسنان من خوفي من الآآآآآت الطبيب ومعداته?ولكن عندما شرحت للدكتوره هذه الرهبه التي اعاني منها التفتت لي بعنايتها ،واسكنت خوفي ،ولم اشعر بالآلم معها ،؛انجزت مشكلة ضرسي وانهت معاناته ..فلقد كُنت اُعاني من تسوس باحد اضراسي فخلصتني بعد الله من الآلم حيث عملت لي إشاعه للتأكد من عمق التسوس ،ونظفت السن وعملت لي حشوه دائمه تجميليه، لم اشعر بالآلم ،وكانت يدها خفيفه ..انصح بها كل مريض متخوف مثلي،، فهي إنسانه متفهمه ،راقيه ،خلوقه ..فشكرا لك دكتوره سحر ،وكتب الله اجرك ،،ووفقك الله دكتوره والى الامام .
(My experience with Your Beautiful Smile Complex) … I am from this guideline;;; I would like to thank Dr. Sahar and say God bless you in your work and effort. My fear of the doctor’s ailments and his equipment, but when I explained to the doctor this dread that I suffer from, she turned to me with her care, and calmed my fear, and I did not feel any pain with her,; I completed the problem of my tooth and ended its suffering.. A rumor to ascertain the depth of the cavities, and I cleaned the tooth and made a permanent cosmetic filling for me, I did not feel pain, and her hand was light.. I would recommend her to every apprehensive patient like me,, She is an understanding, classy, and gentle person.. Thank you, Dr. Sahar, and may God reward you,, God bless you doctor and forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude with their clients. No proper explanations for laser sessions appointments policy. No proper training to properly answer client”s questions and fix problems. The only good thing is the nurses they are very professional.
