Good day to you.
Yesterday I had my nails done and check photo attached what your pedicure did.
I tried to talk to you before I left, but you were busy and my husband was waiting outside, so I had to go quickly. But the photo attached shows clearly the quality of the service provided.
I told her twice to please be careful, but she did not listen TWICE. Today it's even worse, more red & definitely more sore. Although I have really loved my acrylic nails with Dona, my pedicure was HORRIBLE.
The other thing is that she did not ask if I wanted my toenails curved or straight, and just cut it curved. When I realised my nails were already short and curved. I absolutely HATE the shape and the trauma to my skin altogether.
I don't know her name because she didn't even introduce herself, but of course you would know which filipino pedicure I'm writting about. I hope she get the feedback and don't do this again to anyone else, because nobody deserves such humiliation.
In any case, thanks for always interpreting for me and for being very helpful. I will continue to visit the salon because I love Donas' work, but NEVER AGAIN I will get pedicure service with that specific staff.

This comment was one year ago March. 2021.
Now March 2022 they cut hair for 58 sar.
The employe did not even section my hair. She just asked me what length do i want and she cuts it all without even asking me as usually when they cut they show it to me telling me is it good? Shall we continue on the same length? .
SHE DID NOT GAVE ME THE CHANCE TO EVEN SEE IT BEFORE SHE CONTINUE.
AND SECTIONING !!?!? Seriously disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible organization. They tell you to wait and it seems the wait is whatever they want. They don’t tell you how long or how many people are in front of you. When I finally got fed up and asked for a refund, they finally put me next. Take note I politely asked several times before.
The place is in the middle of renovations and they’re still accepting clients. Phone number on google is never answered, even though they have an automated system. When asked they said you need to Whats app. Honestly would not recommend, nor come back. Run away if not booked beforehand, and as I overheard from others even if you booked.

Many staff and no one bother to check if the bathrooms are clean!!!
