★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طوال فترة النهار و على مدى الشهر و حتى الان أعمال صيانه و أصوات تكسير و ازعاج و ما فيه مراعاة لأي شخص يحتاج الراحه او النوم و لا كلفوا على انفسهم يعوضون الساكنين او حتى رسالة اعتذار ، كان اختيار سيئ للسكن .
 Throughout the day, throughout the month, and until now, maintenance work and cracking sounds and disturbances, and there is no consideration for anyone who needs rest or sleep, and they did not cost themselves to compensate the residents or even a letter of apology, it was a bad choice for housing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق ممتاز ونظيف.جدا وقريب منك.كل شي واسعارهم معقوله وموظفه الاستقبال استاذه سحر قمة الأخلاق ومهتمه بالعمال وتعاملهم جميل وتنهي إجراءات الايجار بسرعه انصحكم اللي يبغى الراحه زياره أو جاي شغل يسكن فيه لان الموقع بوسط الرياض والدوائر الحكوميه والمولات كلها حواليك. يستاهلون التقييم للامانه ??
An excellent, clean hotel, very close to you. Everything and their prices are reasonable. The receptionist is a master of magic, the highest morals, she is interested in the workers, they treat them nicely, and she finishes the rental procedures quickly. I advise you who wants to rest, visit or find a job to live in because the location is in the center of Riyadh, government departments and malls are all around you. They deserve evaluation for honesty ??

- ( غرفة استديو كينغ مع سرير اريكة )
السعر 182﷼ شامل الضريبة لليلة الواحدة .
~ موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا وقريب من وسط الرياض .
~ المواقف احيانا لاتكون متوفرة بسبب المحلات .
~ نظافة الغرف جيدة جدا
~ الموظفة في الاستقبال ممتازة جدا وتنهي الاجرائات في اقل من دقيقتين .
السلبيات :-
1- الغرفة كانت بجوار الحمامات العامة في الفندق ، كان هناك تسريب روائح وازعاج طوال الوقت ..
2- الحمام ضيق جدا .
* مقارنة بموقع الفندق والسعر ممتاز جدا للمسافرين الذي يحتاج للنوم فقط ثم المغادرة .

~ The location of the hotel is very excellent and close to the center of Riyadh.
~ Parking is sometimes not available because of the shops.
~ The cleanliness of the rooms is very good
~ The receptionist is very excellent and completes the procedures in less than two minutes.
Negatives :-
1- The room was next to the public bathrooms in the hotel, there was leakage of smells and noise all the time..
2- The bathroom is very cramped.
* Compared to the location of the hotel, the price is very excellent for travelers who only need to sleep and then leave.
