★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنصح التعامل معهم وبقوة للامانه أشتريت منهم مطبخ والله أجمل مما توقعت وبسعر منافس جداً وأشكر الاخ اللبناني فاهيم هو اللي اقنعني وقالي ماراح تندم والله يسعده زي ما اسعدني
 I strongly recommend dealing with them, for the trust. I bought a kitchen from them. God is more beautiful than I expected, and at a very competitive price. I thank the Lebanese brother Fahim who convinced me and said you will not regret it. God is as happy as he made me happy

تجربة جدًا سيئة لا انصح بالتعامل معهم
مواعيد غير صحيحة اكثر من مرة يحددون موعد لإكمال التركيب ولا يأتي مسؤل التركيب دون اعتذار او إبلاغنا بتغيير الموعد
لنا اكثر من ١٠ شهور لم يكتمل المطبخ أخطاء في كل شيء
عيوب في بعض القطع من المصنع ووعد بتغييرها خلال شهرين الى ثلاثة اشهر
أرجو مِن مَن يكتب تجربته ان لايكتبها إلا بعد التركيب ( وليس بعد الاستقبال فقط )

Very bad experience, I do not recommend dealing with them
Incorrect dates more than once. They set an appointment to complete the installation. The installer does not come without an apology or informing us of a change of appointment
We have more than 10 months, the kitchen has not been completed, mistakes in everything
Defects in some parts from the factory and promised to change them within two to three months
I ask the one who writes his experience not to write it until after installation (and not only after the reception)

Seriousness and advice for design needs away from glamor and luxuries .... Accuracy in time, work and implementation .... We thank the entire team for everything they have done and are doing in perfecting work and creating dealings (a very special thanks to Professor / Badr) and thanks to the rest of the team ( A great thanks and appreciation to the technical team that carried out the final installation work..high professionalism and dedication in punctuality and implementation

تعامل الاخ بدر جميل وراقي جدا وشخص فاهم في مجال عمله ومتفهم لمتطلباتك ويتعامل معك حسب ميزانيتك ، غير المطابخ نفسها وروعتها.
تحديث بعد التركيب : المطبخ فعليا تم شحنه من المانيا ومكتوب على الكراتين باللغة الالمانية، التوصيل متميز والتركيب اخذ قرابة ٩ ساعات ولكن تشعر بأن المبلغ الذي تم دفعه كان في المكان الصح ، التركيب متقن ومتميز واهتمام غير طبيعي بالتفاصيل ، وتم تنظيف المكان كامل من قبل فنيي التركيب بعد الانتهاء ولم يتركو خلفهم اي شيء، فعليا يكون عندك شعور بالراحة والبهجة ، سعادة لاتوصف بعد تركيب المطبخ.
حضر الاخ فهيم من المعرض للاشراف على التركيب ورضائي كعميل ، قمة في الذوق والتعامل والأمانة وقام بالتعقيب على فنيي التركيب في أشياء لم انتبه لها انا ، وما يثبت جمال اخلاقه انه قام بمدح تصميم وافكار الاخ بدر ( مصمم مطبخي ولكن كان في اجازه خارج البلد ).
وقام مدير المعرض الاستاذ محمد مشكوراً بالتواصل معي هاتفيا قبل واثناء وبعد التركيب ومتابعة الفنيين بشكلٍ مستمر.
انصح بدون تردد بمطابخ كتشن آرتش رغم الوقت الطويل لاستلام المطبخ ولكن يستحق كل ثانية انتظار.
Beautiful and distinctive kitchens
Brother Badr is very beautiful and elegant and a person who is understanding in his field of work and understands your requirements and deals with you according to your budget, other than the kitchens themselves and their splendor.
Update after installation: the kitchen was actually shipped from Germany and written on the cartons in German, the delivery is excellent and the installation took about 9 hours, but you feel that the amount paid was in the right place, the installation is elaborate and distinct and abnormal attention to detail, and the entire place was cleaned by technicians The installation after completion and they did not leave anything behind, you will actually have a feeling of comfort and joy, an indescribable happiness after installing the kitchen.
Brother Fahim attended from the exhibition to supervise the installation and my satisfaction as a customer, a top in taste, dealing and honesty. He commented on the installation technicians about things that I did not notice, and what proves the beauty of his morals is that he praised the design and ideas of Brother Badr (my kitchen designer, but he was on vacation abroad).
The director of the exhibition, Mr. Mohamed, thankfully contacted me by phone before, during and after installation, and to follow up on the technicians continuously.
I would recommend without hesitation Kitchen Arch Kitchens, despite the long time to receive the kitchen, but it is worth every second of the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصفة عامة المطابخ مرة ممتازة و الاسعار متوافقة مع الجودة .و تعامل الموظفين كان جيد من الاستقبال و شرح مميزات المطبخ كما يتوافق مع ميزانيتك .شخصيا تعاملت مع ا.بدر و كان متعاون جدا بالاجراءات ،و تصميم المطبخ ،و تنفيذ عدة تصاميم للاختيار من بين اشكال و الوان .انصح جدا بالتعامل معهم و مع ا. بدر.
In general, the kitchens are excellent, and the prices are consistent with the quality. The staff was good from the reception and explained the features of the kitchen as it matches your budget. I personally dealt with Badr and he was very cooperative in the procedures, designing the kitchen, and implementing several designs to choose from Shapes and colors. I highly recommend dealing with them and with a. Badr.
