★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفة التي تعمل في المحل غير محترفة في التعامل مع الزبائن وتعطي سعر جدا غالي لتصميم المطبخ حسب توقعتها حيث أفادت بان تكلفة المطبخ بمساحة ٤×٥ يكلف ٥٠ الف ريال وهو مبلغ مبالغ فيه دون رفع مساحة او حتى فهم احتياج العميل
 The employee who works in the shop is not professional in dealing with customers and gives a very expensive price to design the kitchen according to her expectation, as she stated that the cost of a kitchen with an area of 4 x 5 costs 50 thousand riyals, which is an exaggerated amount without raising an area or even understanding the customer's need

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نفس الشي صار معايا رحت علشان اطلب تصميم والموظف عاملني بأسلوب غريب واعطاني سعر مبالغ فيه بدون النظر للقياس والمساحة تعامل جدا غير جميل
The same thing happened to me. I went to order a design and the employee treated me in a strange way and gave me an exaggerated price without looking at the size and space. The treatment is very unbeautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه كنت متحمسه افصل عندهم بعد ماشفت شغلهم على حساب شخص عالسناب واعجبني جدا وحبيت تصاميمهم وجودتهم ..لكن للاسف استقبال الاشخاص في الفرع كان سيئ جدا جداااااا مافيه اي ذوق او احترام وحتى لما جينا نسأل ع طول أعطانا اسعار فلكيه وهو حتى ماعرف ايش نبغى بالضبط ولا فيه اخذ وعطى وكأنه مايبغى يكسب زباين ..الشخص كان سوري اتوقع ..اذا من بدايتها كذا كيف خدمات بعد البيع ..رحت محلات مطابخ غيره فرررق صراحه في الاسلوب مع العميل ياليت تنتبهون لذي النقطه
Frankly, I was excited to separate from them after I saw their work at the expense of someone on the snap, and I liked them very much and loved their designs and their quality..but unfortunately the reception of people in the branch was very, very, very bad, there was no taste or respect. There is a give and take as if he wants to win customers..the person was Syrian, I expect..so from the beginning, so how are the after-sales services..I went to other kitchen shops, so they differed frankly in the style with the customer. I hope you pay attention to this point.
