★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيدين بالتصاميم ولكن يفتقدون المصداقية وخدمة مابعد البيع ، لايوجد تجاوب في حالات التأخير واعذار لانهاية لها وجوده بعيده عن الوعود ناهيك عن السعر المرتفع.
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم لعدم احترامهم المواعيد وعدم مصداقية ممثلي المبيعات في ظل تهاون ادارتهم ☹️
 Good designs, but they lack credibility and after-sales service, there is no response in cases of delays and endless excuses, which are far from promises, let alone the high price.
I do not advise dealing with them for not respecting deadlines and lack of credibility of sales representatives in light of the negligence of their management ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيدين في التصميم وما قبل التوقيع العقد وبعد ما يتم الاتفاق وتدفع الفلوس لا يتجاوبو على الاتصالات وتاخر في التركيب بحيث كل اسبوع يتم تركيب شي الين ما يطلعو عينك
They are good in design and before signing the contract and after the agreement is reached and you pay the money. They do not respond to communications and delay in installation so that every week something is installed, they do not see your eyes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عقدي معاهم قيمته ١٥٠ الف ريال، ٣ مطابخ. تأخير اكثر من شهرين، عيوب تصنيع، كذب، لايوجد إدارة ولا احد تتفاهم معاه. تروح مدير المصنع يقولك مشكلة مصمم، تكلم المصمم يقلك مشكلة تصنيع. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم، اشتكيتهم لوزارة التجارة وبانتظار نشوف النتائج. حطيت شوية صور عشان لاحد يغلط زيي ويشتغل معاهم وبعدين يندم انه شاف الريفيوز بعد فوات الأوان.

You go to the factory manager and he tells you a designer problem, talk to the designer and he tells you a manufacturing problem. God suffices me, and He is the best agent among them. I have complained to the Ministry of Commerce and are waiting to see the results. I put a few pictures so that someone wrongs my dress and works with them, and then regrets that he saw the review after it was too late.
