★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder the rates are down, worst experience ever, starting from the reception and ending with the pharmacy, I was suffering and explaining my symptoms to a doctor who is busy with his calls and appointments and giving me less attention and wrong diagnosis!! The waiting hours though and the nurse's attitude.. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is good but the emergency services are not proffessional nor effective.
We waited for 3 hours for a Gynecologic emergency and at the end they reimbursed us saying there was no doctor. Shameful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The emergency service could be the worst one that i’ve ever experienced. I arrived with mild but accumulating flu symptoms, the lady at the gate told me the waiting time could be 30-60 minutes. She filled quickly a paper and asked me to proceed for payment. Before i paid, the cashier assured again an estimated waiting time btw 30-60 minutes. I confirmed, paid and was asked to sit and wait. With the waiting time exceeding 1 hour and 15 mins, I didn’t want to bother the nurses, knowing what could be a flu epidemic is invading Riyadh during the time and the emergency room was fully occupied. I had to wait for an extra 30 mins before asking one of the nurses about the estimated waiting time that i have yet to wait. The nurse then looked at the papers that i had (The paper filled at the gate by one of the nurses and the payment confirmation by the cashier) and was surprised I didn’t hand over the papers to them after paying!!! In conclusion, i had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes before i was admitted to the emergency room because of an absurd system and no one said i have to hand over some papers after i paid. Not to mention as well the waiting time at the pharmacy because it was operating in half its capacity (3 out of 5 counters). In general and based on previous visits as well, it’s not the best experience that you could expect from a hospital (From an operation perspective).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ER for severe pain. Was made to walk around and stand around waiting even though I felt dizzy. Nurse trying to draw blood hit a nerve and tried to pass it off as me being dramatic and beat a hasty retreat when I told the doctor what happened. Nurses ordered me around to deliver samples and call the doctor. So when should I expect my salary for doing their work?

Group of Amateurs in the ER 20 years old doctors
Came from last year to try their studies on patients who came with pain just give them analgesics and send them home charge them and charge the insurance.
Incompetence people don’t waste your precious time and health between their hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a dentist appointment at 9am, arrived 10 minutes earlier and checked in, the receptionist was professional, however,
1. my approval was pending for 40 minutes before I received a message, someone was not doing their job on time at the approval department, overheared the receptionist talking to her colleague that all approval agents were having breakfast at the cafeteria.
2. Dentist was late, but she was super professional and friendly.
This tells you something about accountability and supervision at the hospital.
This is my first time, will come again but I hope the approval department be more on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long waiting time to get examination by doctor. I came 10:30 pm and meet doctor 45 min later.
Long waiting time at pharmacy due to lack of adequate number of staff.
It seems that customer experience is not on top of hospital priorities.
Good welcoming from staffs at different touch points thought.
