★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إذا عندك حالة طارئة سواء لطفل أو لبالغ أهررررب من هذا المستشفى.
بغض النظر عن الطاقم الطبي، الاستقبال والتنظيم فاشل جداً وبتضيع وقتك وممكن لاسمح الله تسوء حالتك مريضك في الانتظار اللي يمتد لساعات. أنا أنتظرت ساعة ونصف حتى دخلت بنتي على طبيبة الطوارئ علماً بأن حرارتها كانت ٣٩ درجة وكانوا قايسين الحرارة. لكن الحالات كلها عندهم زي بعض ولايوجد فرز!!
التكييف برضو كان شبه عطلان
 If you have an emergency situation, whether for a child or an adult, leave this hospital.
Regardless of the medical staff, the reception and organization are very poor and you waste your time and, God forbid, your patient's condition may worsen in the waiting that extends for hours. I waited an hour and a half until my daughter went to the emergency doctor, knowing that her temperature was 39 degrees and they measured her temperature. But they all have the same cases, and there is no sorting!!
The air conditioning was almost out of order

دخلت الطوارئ و دخل بعدي واحد معاه زوجته، انا عبيت الورقه و هو جا بعدي، لما دخلت اشوف وين بيحطوني قالت لي الموظفة انتظر لين نناديك واشوفها دخلت زوجة الي جا بعدي، حتى حطت ورقتي ورا ورقتهم!! لما سألتها كيف كذا تقولي هي مره تعبانه. قلت لها طيب انا برضو جداً تعبان عشان كذا جيت الطوارئ ماحجزت موعد بالعيادة. ناظرتني من فوق لتحت وقالت بكل برود "هي شكلها مريضة اكثر منك انت شكلك مو تعبان"
The reception staff is very bad and rude to the extreme.
I entered the emergency room and someone came after me with his wife. I filled the paper and he came after me. When I entered to see where they put me, the employee told me to wait for us to call you and see her. A wife came to me after me, until I put my paper behind theirs!! When I asked her how you say she is tired once. I told her, OK, I'm also very tired, that's why the emergency came and I didn't book an appointment at the clinic. She looked at me from top to bottom and said coldly, "She looks sicker than you, you don't look tired."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst in Riyadh if not in the entire world. Though it’s emergency, but they ask you to take turns and wait. We waited for over 25 minutes and if it wasn’t for my husband’s nagging, we could’ve waited longer.
The nurse checked my blood sugar and didn’t even have a bandage to stop the blood. Terrible service, disgusting behaviour, careless, unorganised staff. I highly recommend no one comes here & simply go to Alhabib ER. The doctor who came to check on me is obviously a heavy smoker; he stuck with the smell of cigarettes.
here, at kingdom hospital, the building is old & dirty and is everything else including the medical equipments
