i	ibraheem mobarki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد خدمه غير مقبوله الساعه ١ انكسرت رجل ولدي البالغ من العمر ٣ سنوات قمت في البحث أقرب قسم طواري لقيت قو الأمن عند وصولي الساعه ٢ صباحا ذهبت الي الاستقبال وتم إبلاغه بحالت ولدي واني ليس من منسوبي قوي الأمن ابلغته باني متقاعد من التأمينات واني من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ثم قام باعطائي استماره تسجيل وابلغني بذهاب الي الطواري من ثم ذهبت هناك وانتظرت الي الساعه ٥ فجرا ثم دخلت الي الدكتور وابلاغه بأنه لم يتم الكشف علي ولدي من ثم طلب إدخاله الي الغرفه وبعد أن تم الكشف عليه من قبل دكتوره وإبلاغي بذهاب الي الإستقبال وإكمال إجراءات التسجيل عند ذهابي الي نفس الموظف الدي استقبلني وافادني برجوع إلى الدكتوره وعند الرجوع الا قسم طواري الاطفال افادني المدير المناوب بأنه لا يسمح بعلاج ابني وذالك بسبب اني ليس من منسوبي قوي الأمن هل هذا يعقل الطفل رجله مكسوره ويتألم من الساعه ١ الي ٥ وفي الاخير يرفضو علاجه ؟ ليش مايتم استقبال حالات الطواري وليش يتم استقبال الحاله وجعلونا منتظرين الي الساعه ٥ ماقول لا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم . Then I went to the doctor and informed him that my son had not been examined, then he asked to enter the room and after he was examined by his doctor, he told me to go to the reception and complete Registration procedures When I went to the same employee who received me and told me to return to the doctor, and when I returned to the pediatric emergency department, the manager on duty told me that he was not allowed to treat my son, and that was because I was not part of the security forces. cure it? Why are the emergency cases not received, and why are the cases received and they made us wait until 5 o'clock?
