★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience!! We got to the front desk and she printed the appointment for another doctor in another department. We got back to her and it was fixed after already losing a lot of time. Going to the pharmacy to pick the medicines is another level of unprofessionalism. I saw multiple patients that were angry as they spend a few hours in the hospital which could be saved in some other hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very sorry to say the bad experiences l got from this hospital. Overall this hospital experience is so bad . I go to Laboratory for OGTT blood test the lab staff don't know how to do this Test and he behave like a pro and done the test a wrong way , that result seen by physician and doctor told me that the test is not done by the way supposed to do. For book appointment with doctor also not easy . If we call on that specific phone number for appointment only rarely get connect.If go to Clinic reception no staffs are aware about hospital informations and they don't care about patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 6 weeks pregnant woman complaining of nagging cough for more than 2 weeks, nasal congestion, skin rasehs and sorethroat. i went to the emergency room because i feel like my symptoms are worsening. I came around 12 midnight. my vitals were checked and i waited for about an hour to be seen by a doctor. At around 1:10 am, a doctor came to me. He came in the cubicle telling me that my case is for opd and there's nothing that he can do. He didn't even checked on me, He even have a stethoscope around his neck unfortunately, he did not even used it to check my lungs. I got nothing from this doctor. How sure he is that i'm not an emergency case without even examining me. This is so frustrating.

But…
Customer service no response for two days, insurance approval dep representative, answered but when he transfer the call no pick up two days also. Appointments no answer.
I’m not coming while I don’t know if there is availability or not!
Going to kingdom hospital because the answered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and i went there for crystalline peeling. It was a very bad experience. Doctor was nice but literally did not use the machine for 1 minute on our faces. And missed alot of spots. Zero results. I wish i could claim my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the time I spend there was about 4 Hours while the purpose of my visit is to do the X-ray for my pregnancy wife and to have IV Injection.
Honestly the doctor I have visited is not focused with us and our needs. which caused us many go and forth to the doctor office and procedure Room.
I would express about our worst hospitality experience and disrespectful nurse whom does not even respect her working schedule as she left us behind her and left her work at 1:20 (Procedure Room).
If you want to be satisfied of the service and medical care, I recommend to do not visit Saudi German Hospital (Riyadh) just check any other hospital or even medical complex which will be much better than this Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the quick vaccine service. I got my 2nd dose pfizer over here walk in today at 8:40 pm. Only 1 dose was left.. The staff was polite and cooperative... After vaccination they registered me on sehhaty through my iqama and the 2nd dose details were shown instantly
U may find walk In vaccine near isha or zuhr time...
Right now this center is not shown on sehhaty app... I was only getting astrazenica appointments through the sehhaty app
So if u want pfizer this is a good option for walk in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst hospitals in Riyadh.
The place is old, like really old and definitely needs lots of maintenance. Medical equipment is very old as well, i mean they still take you BP and pulse manually.
More importantly though the staff are RUDE. The emergency room is terrible.... no enough beds and waits are so long. I mean i came once thinking i was having a heart attack due to extreme chest pain and i ended up waiting an hour for an ECG !!!
I mean chest pain should be top priority right. Thankfully it was not my heart or I could have died in this hospital.
Anyway NOT Recommended. I actually dont know how this place is even called a hospital.
Update:
So I had to take a trip to the in patient clinic for the first time. To be fair within the in patient Clinic everything was fine.
However, there is a massive issue with their pharmacy especially if you are on insurance. Just for comparison i went to my appointment and finished with the doctor in less than 30 minutes. However when i got to the pharmacy i took a number and waited almost 1 full hour for my number and then when my number was finally called they said i needed insurance approval and had to wait ! I have been to Dallah, habib and even small clinics which are much more efficient. I mean your prescription should be ready as soon as your number is called !
Anyway i ended up paying in cash because i was not waiting any longer.
SGH you guys really need to up your game and improve your hospital.
