★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there 2 days in a row during ramadan before closing hr at 5.30 (as stated on their instagram account) and it was closed both times. Their reason was " there was no customers". We wasted a lot of time and effort to go there, and ended up with a disappointed son. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not like before, employes as if they are forced to come on Eid. Some of them were nice, rest of them were not.
The activities are only in the first floor and many activities are closed.
Most of the activities were empty and we were searching for the employes.
This should be at the end of your to do list in Eid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kidzania what to say about it it is truely a educational centre for kids here their is many thing like kids can enjoy and learn thing at the same time i would personally recommend parent that do take your kids to this center which is located in jeddah mall of arabia. Its is truelt an amazing center for all hope you guyz will enjoy also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience and the kids loved it. Just one thing...some of the animators are not giving it time. Meaning kids spend very short time while they could have done more. Nevertheless, it is definitely a place to go and visit with the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a problem with this Kidzania. It is not meeting the standards. I have visited many of similar places including KidzMondo Doha where my kids spend 10 hours without getting bored. Here, after 90 minutes, we get bored. Reasons;
- most of the activities were closed.
- even the open ones, many of them are left without instructors.
- it is not accurate to call them instructors as they are not really instructing kids rather than watching them.
- Most of them do not speak English and not only that, they behave as if it is the mistake of the kids.
- No animation.
- As most of the activities were closed, why people are paying full prices
Do not encourage it, unless kidziana jeddah improve the quality of their services.
We love Kidziana but our experience with kidziana jeddah was disappointing.
