โ โ โ โ โ I came to return an outfit the same hour after purchase because it did not fit me well. The deputy supervisor was extremely horrible at the counter.
First, he starts off by asking rudely โWHY ARE YOU RETURNING THIS?!โ (Im not obliged to give my personal reasoning to this man as a customer)
Secondly, when he was taking the dress back and returning the cash, he starts smelling the dress right infront of me and showing to his colleague and making comments on it.
This was EXTREMELY offensive and uncomfortable. It is a shame H&Mโs supervisor does not know how to act infront of customers. Not visiting this branch ever again.
Please train your employees better

โ โ โ โ โ I love H&M. Their clothes are good quality and you can usually get some good deals. They have a great mens section that always find something i like. The employees are always nice and helpful. They also have fitting room for male and female
