★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وضعت نجمة ليتسنى لي التعليق، وصلت الفرع قبل ٢٠ دقيقه من وقت الإغلاق ولم يسمح لي بأخذ غرضي الذي أريده رغم اني بينت ذلك للموظف فأجاب اغلقنا المكان، أتمنى من الإدارة تهذيب الموظفين أكثر في تعاملهم مع العملاء.
 I put a star in order for me to comment, I arrived at the branch 20 minutes before the closing time and I was not allowed to take my item that I want although I indicated that to the employee. عند الشراء تم السؤال عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع لم تذكر الموظفة ولا في لائحة الشروط في الصورة المرفقة ولا في الفاتورة بعدم ترجيع الجوارب
بعد ثلاث ساعات عدت لإرجاع تي شيرت والجوارب لم يقبل الموظف بإرجاع الجوارب مع أنه سبق ترجيع الجوارب في عدة محلات وهي كما في حالة الشراء لم تفتح كما في الصورة
سياسة الشركة مبهمة وأرقام الإدارة التي في الفاتورة لاتجيب
طلبت الأرقام من الموظف وأخبرته بأني سأسشتكي لوزارة التجارة أخبرني لاتحتاج للأرقام اشتكي لوزارة التجارة لايهم
يجب أن يكون هناك تعليق بلا أي نجمة لأن حتى النجمة الواحدة خسارة
Deceit and disrespect for the consumer
Upon purchase, a question was asked about the exchange and return policy. The employee was not mentioned, nor in the list of conditions in the attached picture, nor in the invoice, not to return the socks.
After three hours, I returned to return the T-shirt and socks. The employee did not accept to return the socks, even though he had previously returned the socks in several stores, and they were, as in the case of purchase, not opened as in the picture
Company policy is vague and management numbers on the invoice are not answered
I asked the employee for the numbers and told him that I would complain to the Ministry of Commerce. Tell me you don't need the numbers. Complain to the Ministry of Commerce. It doesn't matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سي من قبل الموظفات ، صار لي موقف معهم اشتريت ملابس من عندهم و عند المحاسبه تقول ما عندي صرف ، يعني دبر حالك ، للمعلومية كان في ٥ موظفات جالسين !!!!
Si dealt with the female employees. I had a situation with them. I bought clothes from them, and at the check-in, you say I have no money, I mean, I managed your situation, for information there were 5 female employees sitting !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad store manager disrespectful with loud voice no customer service at all. I bought 4 items and went back home to find one missing, return to store and was an investigation although I brought all the items back to check and kept me waiting with no apology and after telling them how bad the service is MANAGER started to ask me to leave the store how disrespectful is that + there is no CS number
