Thank you to the employee, Amal, for her good behavior and excellent service, but unfortunately the branch manager treats her very badly with us and with the employee as well, for no reason.

I took a scented pot and a candle...The scent is much sweeter, its smell is stronger and it stays put

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Jo Malone lovers to visit Riyadh Park branch. Visited this branch last March 1, 2022 with a friend (hi! Miss eva!) and I was amazed on how complete, clean, organized and well lighted this branch is.
We are assisted by Ms. Khoulod Saeed, she was so welcoming and professional in dealing with customer plus she even offered us some complimentary chocolates. She makes us feel at home inside the store. As a foreigner, those simple gesture from a citizen really meant too much and the main reason why I purchased some colognes and was extra happy when Ms. Khoulod Saeed hand me a small bag with freebies inside.
100% sure I will come back to buy more from this branch. (My go to Jo Malone branch).
