★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لودوريه أرسلوا لي رسالة نصية مضمونها نقدم لي هدية عطرية "لأني أكرر الشراء كل شهرين تقريباً"
بعد كم يوم اتصلوا بي استلمت الكرتون قلت شكلها مجموعة عطور وبعدما فتحت الكرتون لقيته تكرمون عطر جسم الي ارشه بالاباط تكرمون ي الكرام وجنبه عبوة قيمتها 10 ريال تقريباً
ويا ليتني فاتحه قبل لا يروح السواق عشان يرجع هديتهم للي حط الهدية ويوريها مديره
والله عيب ليتكم ما وصلتوها لي ولا اكتب ذا التعليق!
واتصل بفرعهم الي في الرياض بارك عشان أعلمهم وش مسوين يقول ايه عشان ما نطولها قلت أنا الي ما أطول ع نفسي وأقفل الخط يعني بدال ما يقول آسفين وحقك علينا يقول هالكلام!
عموماً؛ معدنيب شاري منهم ووثقت بالصور المرفقة للتأكيد

وش بستفيد اذا كذبت؟ اشتري عطر فوق الالف واخر شي ماستفدت منه
Very bad customer service and there is no solution to the problems after the sale. I asked you for a Rogue Saray perfume, and you gave me one of them, whose smell does not prove an hour on each other, and on top of it they lie to me.
What do you do if you lie? Buy a perfume over a thousand and the last thing you benefited from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العطور ما تحتاج تقييم، لكن أكتب هذا التعليق شكرا للأخت منار والأخ ماجد القحطاني اللي كانوا أفضل أشخاص تعاملت معه. محترمين، لطيفين، صبورين (تقريبا ٢٠ عطر او اكثر وراني) ويشتغلون بنفس حلوة واحترافية في العمل. هؤلاء هم اللي يخلون الواد يرجع للمحل الف مرة، ما اشتري الا عندهم بسببهم، اتمنى من الادارة تكافئهم لانهم يستاهلون. كل اللي بالمحل للامانة
Perfumes do not need evaluation, but I write this comment. Thank you to Sister Manar and Brother Majed Al-Qahtani, who were the best people I have dealt with. Respectful, kind, patient (approximately 20 or more perfumes and Rani) and they work just as sweet and professional at work. These are the ones who make the valley go back to the store a thousand times. I only buy from them because of them. I hope the administration will reward them because they are worthy. Everything in the shop is safe
