★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف فرع الرياض بارك سييييء الموظفين غير خدومين وكل ما اسال احد يرمي على الثاني ! ووحده تقول انا مالي دخل شوفها انت! على اي اساس مشتغله دامك ما تبين تشوفين الزباين وربي كرهوني بالصيدليه جيت بطلع بس الاغراض الي باخذها مهمه ولا والله كان طلعت حتى ريال م كنت دفعت لهم??
ولما جيت بطلع شافوني وفجاة جو عشان ما اطلع بدون ما اشتري ، بعد ما عصبت من اسلوبهم
تجربه لن تتكرر !

المحاسب يخدم اكثر من شخص بوقت واحد
ولا فيه خصوصيه مجموعه شباب جنبي وانا احاسب واحط الرقم السري وهم يرددون معي الرقم !!!
والمحاسب ساكت و يخدمهم بعد
لو فيه اقل من نجمه حطيت
Very bad service

Lack of literature and lack of professionalism in working from the existing pharmacy! I was distracted by the way I spoke because I refused to leave my little boy so I could go get a product!!! I wouldn't have been pissed off at her work if I had heard her shedding while her colleagues were laughing too?!!! Rudeness and inferiority I've never seen before

وعندهم عروض دائمة ع منتجات كثيرة وباسعار جميلة .. تلاقونها بسلال امام المدخل او الكاشير
إقتراح : ياليت صيدلية بوتس تفتح 24 ساعة .. لو فروع بأماكن منتشرة..

? This particular pharmacy has a special character.. something very beautiful.. you get lost in it.. the best thing.. a weak point.. From the other: it is considered a distinguished pharmacy, it and Whites pharmacy.. with their products and offerings...
And they have permanent offers on many products at beautiful prices.. You can find them in baskets in front of the entrance or the cashier
Suggestion: I wish Boots pharmacy was open 24 hours..if there are branches in scattered places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم لو فيه أقل من نجمة حطيت لكم للأسم الخدمة سيئة والمعاملة أسوء اشتريت منهم كريمات كيوڤي استخدمت واحد خلص كان عادي جيد الثاني مثل ماهو واضح خربان غير صالح للإستخدام لمن جيت ارجعه رفضو الإستبدال او الإرجاع وهما عارفين انه منتهي من عندهم تقولي عيب مصنعي من الشركة بس ما ارجعه لكي يعني انت تستخدم شي يضر صحتك او ارميه واعتبر فلوسك رميتها ما انصح احد يشتري منهم لا مصداقية ولا معاملة أبدا

I used one of them, it was normal, and the second one, as it is clear, was ruined, unfit for use. Those who came to return it refused to exchange or return and they know that it is expired from them. You say a manufacturing defect from the company But I do not return it to mean that you are using something that harms your health or throw it away and consider your money you threw away. I would not advise anyone to buy from them. There is no credibility or transaction at all.
