★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good hotel with nice staff but it is the worst in weekends. They arrange marriage ceremonies in weekends. These ceremonies could go on until 1:30 am and music is on too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of the best hotel in Jeddah corniche . There rooms & room services are very good. There staff members are really professional. Party & wedding halls are very big. Big parking areas & easily access of every thing if you go out of hotel. Very good place .

Old building
No cleanliness
Old stuff inside
Old and dirty refrigerator
No open buffet breakfast while its mentioned clearly that open buffet breakfast is available
No enough parking space
Honestly, I don't recommend anyone to visit and stay especially with beloved family.
This place doesnt deserve even 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel. It has markedly improved since few months. The employees are friendly and always ready to help. There is a good parking place. It is easily accessible. Prices are very good. Great improvements are noted especially on the management level. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance is not good at all since you need to go up something like a bridge to drop the family then you need to drive your car to parking which is already at your back . Then you have to climb up the stairs it is not big issue for healthy people but if you have any movement problems you will be stuck . The two rooms has kitchen but no kitchinary no microwave no vacuum cleaner . I did not like it at all . And I requested a check out and the management were very nice and made things easy for me .
