★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a 6+1 month plan now its 5th month is running. And Salam has disconnected my internet connection. And I have rise a complaint there is no response from the Salam team. It is not acceptable. Very. How long you will take to solve it. There is no reply from chat, complaint, as well as call. Customer care agents do not know the English language. Every time they are transferring a call to another agent. I have waited for 1 to 1 and half hours just everyone is transferring the call. Very bad services.
