★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment hotel with fast and good services. Very suitable for family. Grocery and barber shop just across the road. Operational until late night.

But furniture is not good comparing to the price. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Very noisy by the nextdoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception staff rude & non- cooperative. Wifi poor signals. Sofa old, no microwave in my room. LCD not working even complained. U call for food will deliver late but service boys are cooperative. Plus point, a shop in front of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't say poor but not good at all. This furnished apartments/hotel is bad in terms of cleanliness amenities. They don't provide most of what they advertise of on websites to book on not even a room key card. The front desk staff are not helpful enough but they're friendly to say the least.
I wouldn't recommend it to stay longer than a night on the go.

Quality doesn’t match the price (as I payed 500 SAR per night) and I wouldn’t recommend staying here!!!!
