★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby is one of the best. Bar staff are the friendliest of them all. I like the spirit of hospitality shown by the hotel manager. I spent time doing my online work there in the lobby. I meet my clients too there.
Management has introduced a couple of things to give their customers a more satisfying experience. I find the new Arabic coffee maker particularly appealing. I am an Arabic coffee lover. Now we can have hot coffee instantly.
Thank you for everything you do to upgrade the customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Overall a nice hotel and I will stay again as the positives outway the negatives. Suites were spacious and an effort is made to make the rooms welcoming.. Negative: Hospitality is not very welcoming, having said that one man was very pleasant out of maybe 5 or 6 that I came in contact with. Maybe put your phone down when working on reception?? I stayed at the Oilan last time and this was the same if not worse..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, Friendly stuff. We booked 2 bed rooms suite for 1 night, the suite is clean, huge space.
The breakfast was good .
The weak points are 1/ no cereal /fruits or oatmeal available in the breakfast menu.
2/There was no cooking amenities. 3/ no hot water in the suite.
But they were so nice to provide my husband with a room with hot water to take his shower?
Overall it was a very good experience and we will definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bathroom was very smelly with sewage, the bathropes didn't have the belts, I asked for ice they didn't have any after calling the room service and the cafe then the receptionist they brought me small cup with ice.I had to leave the hotel after 2 hours from my checking in, cause the receptionist didn't let my guests to go to my room asking them for documents. Never go back there .
