★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت إقامة جيدة، لكن من الواضح الإدارة تحتاج تطوير، وسأذكر هنا الإيجابيات والسلبيات من باب التطوير والتحسين:
الإيجابيات/
١/ نظافة ووسع الغرفة والصالة التي أقمت فيها.
٢/ نظافة ووسع المواقف السفلية.
السلبيات/
١/ تعامل العاملين في( الاستقبال ) يحتاج تطوير وتحسين.
٢/ الخدمة بطيئة.
٢/ الاسعار تحتاج مراجعة.
المقترحات/
١/ أخذ دورات في مهارات التواصل لجميع العاملين.
٢/ وكذلك أخذ دورات في (الفندقة ) بشكل عام.
س/ هل سأعيد التجربة ?؟
ج / لا أعتقد ذلك ?.
وبصراحة وضع الاستقبال يذكرني بالشقق المفروشة أبو نجمة ⭐️?، مرة تجد الأخ المصري ومرة جد أحد العمالة ومرة …. ?.
لكن لو يهتمون في الاستقبال (التعامل الجيد والبشاشة في وجه النزلاء ) سكون وضعهم جدًا ممتاز ??.
 It was a good stay, but it is clear that the management needs development, and I will mention here the pros and cons in terms of development and improvement:
Positives/
1/ Cleanliness and spaciousness of the room and hall in which I stayed.
2/ Cleanliness and spaciousness of the lower parking spaces.
Negatives/
1/ The treatment of workers in the (reception) needs development and improvement.
2/ The service is slow.
2/ Prices need revision.
suggestions/
1/ Taking courses in communication skills for all employees.
2/ As well as taking courses in (hotels) in general.
Q: Will I repeat the experience?
A: I don't think so.
And frankly, the reception situation reminds me of the furnished apartments Abu Najma ⭐️?, once you find the Egyptian brother, and once to find one of the workers, and once…. ?.
But if they take care of the reception (good behavior and be honest in the face of the guests) their situation will be very excellent ??.

وفي المرة الأولى قبلت عندهم موظف مصري اسمة محمد ماشاء الله عليه
والله قبلته في مدينه فولدا في ألمانيا مقيم هناك وهوا اللي ذكرني بهذا المكان الجميل مره اخري
خدمتكم جيدة
