★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place were you can relax and do business as well.. The staff are very welcoming and the meeting rooms are always well prepared to host meetings.. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, the main is "Alferdaous" which is an international open buffet restaurant, the other one is "Spears" which serves a variety of charcoal grilled meat/chicken and more...
It is located at the southern Corniche where you can find excellent view and very near to other restaurants and cafés.. The area is busy at night with lots of families going to corniche...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good value for money. I expected more from a $160/night hotel. Room has no climatic control (has only an old air-conditioner that only brings tempreture down but not up). Housekeeping is appalling (there was a fruit leftover beside my doorstep for more than 2days)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have taken the Iftar here. Very delicious and could not touch so many items. It is really difficulat to get any table free without prebooking. Location is excellent -near the beach of Red sea. It is an amazing experience with a combination of food, hospitality and nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second visit this year to Intercon Jeddah and we are still in the first quarter of the year. Another enjoyable and problem free stay.
Really great effort by all staff members from the reception desk on the ground floor to the club lounge staff with exceptional service from the club lounge reception guys to the waiters , Benedict, Yuraj and Nino.
Porters are always attentive and on top of the job. Aslam is a big asset so is Jangheer! and Sufyan.
Keep up the good job guys .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience in intercontinental Jeddah. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help me if I need any help ! Thank you! Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check in was smooth , ballroom is spacious although in the VIP coffee break room the machine kept on failing , fish market and spears Brazilian restaurants were high average , the facilities of the hotel are numerous with fitness center including a swimming pool gym and sauna
Room service and dinning was a bit late but worth the wait
Overall pleasant experience but not impressive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. However, I would not recommend it to foreign female solo travellers, as the reception staff were arrogant, derisive and dismissive toward me. They did seem to be extremely helpful to male guests though.
I must add that the doormen were exceptionally helpful and courteous, especially Aslam.
The head security guard was downright rude and pompous; my unforgivable transgression being to dare order a Starbucks to be delivered to the lobby, where I was working.
