★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء لابعد وصف والمفروض العوائل ماتروح لهذا المكان لانه خاص بالشباب ووصخ المكان لانظافه ولا تجديد اثاث .من اسوء الشقق الي سكنت فيها وان شاء الله ماعاد
 Too bad to describe it. Families are not supposed to go to this place, because it is for young people. The place is dirty for cleaning and for not renovating furniture. It is one of the worst apartments I have lived in and, God willing, it will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استاجرت عندهم مدة تزيد عن ١٥ يوم وكان في الاستقبال سوداني ولد شاب صغير تعامله سيء للغايه
لدرجه انه حط عليا فاتورة شاهي ب ١٥ ريال وانا ماطلبت وقلت له خذها بذمتك وقال اخذها بذمتي !!
باقي الموظفين مثل موظف الاستقبال السوداني الكبير وعامل النظافة النيبالي تعاملهم جيد
I rented with them for more than 15 days, and in the reception there was a Sudanese boy, a young man, who treated him very badly
To the point that he put a 15 riyal tea bill on me and I didn't ask and I told him take it for you and he said he took it for me!!
The rest of the staff, such as the great Sudanese receptionist and the Nepalese cleaner, treat them well

Four stars cuz of parking there is NO private parking
U gotta find any public parking which seems inconvenient
