Single, families or in a group, this place is friendly for all of your inquiries! Wonderful rooms with a good personal space spotted in the heart of jeddah! AC is so bad
Oders us unbelivable
Imagine after changing room for AC problems, they give me Room 507 at last with functioning AC, bit if you tried in this room to go into the shower you can not because the shower door is limited opening it cannot be opened because design of the bath room problem
Unbelievable so bad experience
I will never repeat
Please revise everything with that hotel or sale it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a guest in this hotel for 8 years, it was great before, now it's old, the furniture is very old, the level of cleanliness is bad.
I hope that everything in the hotel will be renovated to continue to the same level as before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and welcoming, several are able to speak decent English, no issues with being able to be understood.
We did get room and half board (breakfast and dinner) unfortunately whole family got food poisoning eating at the hotel restaurant. Rooms were quiet however, were not clean. Toilets were soiled on arrival, showers were dirty as well. Internet was not working despite having the front desk staff attempt to fix multiple times through out our stay.
Would avoid paying for the board as there are better options at nearby bakeries and restaurants.
Hotel is located in an area with dozens of other hotels located in close proximity in the south. If visiting the corniche would recommend getting something more north.
