عن غيرها من المدن بكونها ( حرماً ) أي منطقة آمنة للمخلوقات, لا يُسفك فيها دم ولا يُصاد صيد, ولا يقطع شجر
? وقد تقررت هذه الحرمة في عدد من الأحاديث النبوية
منها ما رواه الإمام مسلم أن رسول الله ﷺ ? قال :
" إن إبراهيم حرّم مكة فجعلها حراماً وإني حرَّمت المدينة حراماً ما بين مأزميها ألاَّ يُهراق فيها دم ولا يُحمل فيها سلاح لقتال ولا يُـْخبَطُ فيها شجُر إلا لِعَلَف "
? وبينت الأحاديث النبوية حدود حرم المدينة فقد روى الإمام البخاري
أن رسول الله ﷺ ? قال:
" المدينة حرم ما بين عَيْر إلى ثور "
وقال : " إني أحرم ما بين لا بيتها "
وبذلك شمل حرم المدينة المنطقة الممتدة من جبل ثور الواقع خلف جبل أحد شمالاً إلى جبل عَيْر جنوباً ومن حرة واقم ( الحرة الشرقية ) شرقاً إلى حرة الوبرة (الحرة الغربية ) غرباً
وقد قامت لجنة رسمية بتحديد منطقة الحرم وبنت أمانة المدينة المنورة علامات معمارية على شكل أقواس المسجد النبوي في أماكن عدة تبين هذه الحدود
?اما دخول الكفار الى المدينة أجمع أهل العلم على جواز دخول الكافر لحدود حرم المدينة لعدم الدليل على النهي عن ذلك والأصل الإباحة مع ثبوت دخول كثير من الوفود والأفراد من الكفار على رسول الله ﷺ ? وهو بالمدينة
? Medina was marked ? like Mecca ?
From other cities as (Haram) any safe area of the creatures, does not shed blood, fishing is not caught, does not cut trees
This haseeth has been decided in a number of the Prophet's hadiths
Including those narrated by Imam Muslim that the Messenger of God ﷺ ? said:
"Ibrahim denied Makkah and made it haraam and I deprived the city haraam between its predators not to shed blood and does not carry a weapon to fight and not hit by trees but to feed"
? The Prophet's Hadiths indicated the limits of the city's campus, as Imam Bukhari narrated
That the Messenger of God ﷺ ? said:
"The city is forbidden between the ir and the ox"
He said: "I forbid what is between her house"
The city's campus included the area extending from Jabal Thur, which lies behind Mount Sun to the north of Mount Eir,
An official committee has identified the area of the Haram and built the Municipality of Medina, architectural signs in the form of the arches of the Prophet's Mosque in several places showing these limits
? When the infidels enter the city, the scholars agree that it is permissible for the kaafir to enter the city limits because there is no proof that this is forbidden and the original is permissible, with many of the delegations and individuals of the kuffaar entering the city of ﷺ ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حدود الحرم النبوي الشريف , وحرمت المدينة المنورة وحمايتها
لقد جاء في تحديد المدينة حديثان صحيحان وهما:
_ما رواه علي رضي الله عنه مرفوعاً:" المدينة حرم ما بين عير إلى ثور، فمن أحدث فيها حدثاً أو آوى محدثا؛ فعليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين، لا يقبل الله منه يوم القيامة صرفٌ ولا عدلٌ "
_ ما رواه أنس بن مالك مرفوعاً وفيه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم نظر إلى المدينة فقال:" اللهم إني أحرم ما بين لابتيها بمثل ما حرم إبراهيم مكة، اللهم بارك لهم في مدّهم وصاعهم ".
وبناءً على ذلك ؛ فإن هذين الحديثين يبينان الجهات الأربع للمدينة، فمن جهة الشمال جبل ثور _ وهو جبل صغير شمالي أحد _ ومن جهة الجنوب جبل عير _ وهو ممتد في الشرق إلى الغرب ويشرف طرفه الغربي على ذي الحليفة، وطرفه الشرقي على المنطقة المتصلة بمنطقة قباء من جهة الجنوب الغربي، ومن جهة الشرق الحرة الشرقية _ وهي إحدى اللابتين حيث إن المراد باللابة الحرة، وهي الأرض التي قد ألبستها حجارة سود، ومن الغرب الحرة الغربية _ وهي اللابة الأخرى.

Accordingly; these two modern Apennan four sides of the city, it is the north side of Mount Thor _ a small mountain north one _ hand south of Mount Ayr _ it is extended in the east to the west and oversees the western tip on a allied, and the tip-east region related to the Quba region from the south-west, the east and from the free East _ one of Allaptin as to be free Ballabh, a land that has black Obustha stones, and the West Bank _ which is free of other lava.
