โ โ โ โ โ Single/double rooms are nightmare, particularly toilet, so small that one wonders how to use those. Shower, conservatory, wash basin, all fitted in such a narrow space that one has to squeeze himself to use any one.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked this hotel form Agoda.com. We went to this hotel at 4:45 pm afternoon which was their official check-in time. But they refused to provide us any room even though we have shown all the Agoda booking details. I called the contact phone number that was shown on the booking confirmation page and noticed that this is the same number of their reception desk. It was a very tough time for us as we are traveling with the small kids and all the nearby hotels had no room as it was a long weekend holiday. Be careful about the online booking to this hotel to avoid possible harassments like we suffered this week.

โ โ โ โ โ It's was very poor hotel to live.i have never seen such bad hotel. hotel reception staff was very rude .Mind it we live there from 13th march to 23rd march , 2022 and no one came in our room for cleanses and even single bed was not changed during our 10 days stay there. Washroom was dirty and washbasin line was blocked...I don't recommend this hotel . really sorry about this .

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic rooms like cages for birds. Stuffed with rooms exceeding capacity of room with no place for humans to move around. Very small sized beds on whic a person taller than 5 feet can not lie

I came on Thursday night at 12 I booked through Agoda for two nights and when I reached here illiterate staff told me only one night is booked some how after arguing for 15-20 mins and after talking to manager on call he gave me the room and room was too small everywhere else it was mentioned three stars even on booking.com and it is no where near even 1 star room was really dirty smelly and pathetic. And the next day when I was out for ziyarah they called me and asked me to leave the room firstly they said it was for a day and then they were saying I came on Wednesday night and my two are upโฆ.. like seriously what kind of hospitality service is that they donโt have records and after arguing with 3-4 people on call finally one Pakistani receptionist understands the situation and told me it is ok now. Seriously what a pathetic service, room in short everything is really bad.
If I have a chance to complain I will complain to higher authorities as well. I will never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all upon arrival our room was not even ready they then eventually gave us a filthy dirty room with hair and stains everywhere I felt sick to my stomach the hygiene levels in this hotel were non existent.
I seen a cleaner in the hall outside the room I asked him politely if he could clean our room for us he said go to the reception itโs not my job. So I went down to the reception only to be told they are not going to clean my room and to speak to my agent who booked this room for me and tell him to clean it. I was absolutely disgusted with this customer service i ended up having a argument with this staff members and I had to practically beg for clean bed sheets so we can at-least rest they then left some bed sheets in a carrier bag on the floor outside our room and we ended up cleaning and sanitising the room ourselves.
I stayed in that hotel for 7 days as part of my umrah package and multiple times asked for the room to be cleaned and no one cleaned the room please avoid this hotel at all costs.

Location is very good. A lot of Pakistani restaurants nearby.
BUT service is really substandard. Rooms are tiny, overcramed with (broken) beds with not enough space to even breathe. Some of the washrooms are so tiny that one really has to hold his breath to get in and out. Towels and bed sheets don't give an impression of cleanliness, and the carpets in the rooms are really dirty.
The main clientele for this hotel is agents who book hotels for their third party clients from third world countries, which are trapped having paid full in advance.
Summary: if your travel agent is offering you this hotel, you need to change your agent. Better spend a couple of bucks more and go for a better hotel for peace of mind.
