★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئه وانصح عدم حجز الفندق لان حجزت في تطبيق المسافر ودفع المبلغ كامل وعند وصولي لم اجد شقه فارغه وعدم تعوضي ، حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل والله لايحللهم
Bad experience and I advise not to book the hotel because I booked in the Almosafer app and paid the full amount and when I arrived I did not find an empty apartment and I did not compensate, God suffices me and yes, the agent and God does not analyze them

-الصراصير بكل مكان بالصاله وغرف النوم تطلع من تحت الاسره والمطبخ والحمام
-المكيفات مزززعجه جداً
-الاثاث قديم له رائحه كريهه
-الحمام له رائحه كريهه جداً
-الاستقبال سيء وغير متعاون ويرفضون خدمة العميل
حتى النجمه كثيره عليهم

The air conditioner is very noisy
The furniture is old and smells bad
The bathroom smells very bad
The reception is bad and uncooperative and they refuse to serve the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزنا فيها بوكينج وعند وصولنا طلبو مننا مبلغ كبير مخالف لمبلغ حجزنا وقالو لن نلتزم بالبوكينج لاننا اخبرنا اويو باننا غيرنا الاسعار وعند الاتصال باويو كذبو ما قاله اداريو الفندق وعند الاتصال بالاداري المسؤول وسؤاله قال انه المالك وانه لن يؤجر الا بالمبلغ الذي يريده هو ..وقال روح اشتكي لوزارة السياحة فندقي وانا حر فيه والله على ما اقول شهيد.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدًا من ناحية الحمامات والمفارش والثلاجة خربانه ومافيه اسطوانة غاز المكيفات مزعجة و وصخه تجربة لن تتكرر.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ تجربة سكن في حياتي ، سكن تشم فيه رائحة القذارة قبل ان تراها باالاضافة الى النجاسة الموجودة في الفرشات والمنامات ،الاستقبال سيئ جداً والعمال اسؤ ، لا تنظيف ولا رد على الهاتف والا اي شي، للاسف لست انا الذي حجزت ولكن لونمت في السيارة احسن بمليون مرة ، اي وزارة السياحة عنهم وعن اشكالهم لا حسيب ولا رقيب ، وبكل بجاحة عندما تشتكي من اي شي يقىل لك روح اشتكي في وزارة السياحة، مثل هذي الاماكن تفشلنا كاسعوديين

الافياش نظام قديم والمكيفات شباك متهالكه حرام فيها ٢٠ ريال
