★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هي شقق فندقية صراحه حلوه و نظيفة و كل الخدمات متوفره حولها و الموقع حلو و الشقه حجمها طيب و التعامل الاستقبال ممتاز و السعر مناسب اخذت شقة غرفتين و صاله غرفه سرير كبير و غرفه سريرين فردي و موجود سرير اضافي مع غرفه و صغيرة حمامات عدد 2 فيها تلفزيون فيه كل القنوات و الصاله حجمها زين انصح فيها و الشارع الي فيه قريب من اغلب الاماكن السياحيه
 They are hotel apartments, frankly, nice and clean, and all the services are available around them, the location is nice, the apartment is of good size, the reception is excellent, and the price is suitable. There is a TV with all the channels, and the hall is very large. I recommend it, and the street in it is close to most of the tourist places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع ممتاز، وموظفي الاستقبال جيدين، اخذت عندهم غرفة وصالة بمبلغ 300 ريال، ثم تبين لي فيما بعد وجود رائحة بها، وايضا ماء البانيو يخرج على سطح ارض دورة المياه، أتمنى الاهتمام أكثر بصيانة ذلك.
The location is excellent, and the reception staff are good. I took a room and a hall with them for 300 riyals, then later found out that there was a smell in it, and also the bathtub water comes out on the surface of the toilet floor, I hope to pay more attention to the maintenance of that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف خدمة الاستقبال كمية مماطله في طلب المعلومات وكأنني سأشتري الشقه قعدت ساعه عشان بس اخلص المعلومات واخذ كل بطايق عيالي وحرمتي
Unfortunately, the reception service is a lot of procrastination in requesting information, as if I am going to buy the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه ماهي طبيعيه يجماعه مب معقوله اجي استأجر واقعد عند الاستقبال ساعه الا ربع عشان ياخذ معلوماتي بس !!!
The service is not normal, it is not reasonable for me to come to rent and sit at the reception for a quarter of an hour just to take my information!!!
