★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق فيها تحسين عن السنة الماضية ٢٠٢١.
الكنب جديد. وبشكل عام في نظافة في المكان. الحمامات جيدة. فيه سخان ماء. قياس الثلاجة في المطبخ ممتاز . الشقة مجهزة بكل شيء. ولو تعوز اي شيء زيادة تطلبه من الاستقبال. المعاملة جيدة. في موقف سيارات تحت المبنى وهذا امر ممتاز. تنزل تلاقي السيارة حرارتها معقولة.
لكن الاضاءة في الممرات بين الشقق ضعيفة، ممكن من باب الحرص على توفير الكهرباء.
اتمنى لهم التوفيق.
 The apartments are improved from last year 2021.
The sofa is new. All in all the cleanliness of the place. The bathrooms are good. It has a water heater. The size of the refrigerator in the kitchen is excellent. The apartment is equipped with everything. If you want anything more, ask for it from the reception. The treatment is good. The car park is under the building which is excellent. The car comes down to a reasonable temperature.
But the lighting in the corridors between the apartments is weak, possibly in order to save electricity.
I wish good luck for them.

The apartments are dilapidated, the water heaters are ruined, bad labor, and incense in the reception, the worst service I have ever seen.

Most of the rooms consist of two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a hall .. close to all services .. in the middle of the city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت عندهم بسعر العرض (180 ريال شقة غرفتين وصالة) كانت الروائح الكريهة تنبعث من الشقة، وسيفون احدى دورات المياه اكرمكم الله لا يعمل والتلفزيون ما يشتغل الرسيفر ومكيف اسبليت في احدى الغرف ينقط موية على السرير ، اتصلت عليهم طلبت تغيير الشقة كلمني موظف يمني قال ارسل لك العامل ، جاء عامل هندي حاول يسوي صيانة للمكيف وابلغته ان الصيانة تعمل قبل دخول الضيف وليس خلال وجوده بالشقة وطلبت منه ابلاغ الاستقبال بالانتقال لشقة اخرى ، وبالفعل انتقلت ووجدت الرسيفر ايضا لا يعمل وحاول العامل دون جدوى ، عليهم الاهتمام بصيانة الشقق قبل تسليمها للنزيل ، وشبكة الواي فاي ضعيفة، يميزها فقط الموقع ويوجد مواقف في البدروم وتعامل الشباب السعوديين في الاستقبال راقي ومتعاونين .

والله اضطرينا اننا نطفيه بدل الحرارة اللي يجيبها لنا
الممرات مظلمه وكأنها في فلم مرعب
انارة الشقق سيئة
ولكن للامانه تمتاز الشقق بالنظافه
وموقعها ممتاز

# أحد العاملين وجدته جالس بالاستقبال اخلاقه زفت وكأنه مسكنك ببلاش .
# مافيه مكان لتناول الوجبات وطاولة الصاله 40 سنتمتر مربع ويرفضون توفير طاوله اخرى او زل للجلوس يعني اجلس على البلاط واكل وجبتك
# التلفزيون لايعمل والعامل غير متجاوب لما خبرته نزل ولا عاد رجع .
# الطراحات للأسف لاتصلح للإستخدام متسخه جدا وكذلك الكنب
# كوالين دورات المياه أكرمكم الله معكوسه ماتتسكر .
# لاتخلو من الروائح الكريهه وسرر النوم المتاهالكه وكذلك كل طابق مكيفه ينقط على المكيف اللي اسفل منه لايوجد راحه
# أي شي تبيه يوفرونه لك كونك مستأجر بفلوسك وتطلب كمليات حق من حقوقك مستحيل يوفرونه
