★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف موظف واحد يخدم والعملاء ينتظرون فترة طويلة ولا توجد أرقام ☹️ وجهاز الخدمة الذاتية هذا ثالث فرع أجي له ومتعطل ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فكيت حساب في البنك و أخترت توصيل بطاقة الصراف لعنواني و أنتظرت 15 يوم و ما أستلمتها ... خدمة العملاء لم تفيدني بأي شيء ( الرجاء زيارة أقرب فرع ) طبعاً ضربت مشوار للفرع الذكي لإن مو كل فروعهم فيها جهاز طباعة بطاقة الصراف... و طبعت البطاقة و لله الحمد بعد طول إنتظار.
I fixed an account in the bank and chose to deliver the ATM card to my address and waited for 15 days and did not receive it... Customer service did not help me with anything (please visit the nearest branch) Of course I hit Mishwar for the smart branch because not all of their branches have an ATM card printing device... and The card was printed, thank God, after a long wait.
