★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place deserves a 1000 stars!! LOVE the food, their burgers are perfect, we tried many options there ( the best for me was the W&B). The sandwiches are juicy, rich and delicious. I can eat it EVERY. SINGLE. Day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this delivery app for the first time this evening and was very impressed with both the ease of using the app and the prompt delivery.
I recently used a well - known delivery app but was very disappointed. The delivery was so late that I cancelled the order!
I will be using The Chefz delivery app from now on! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. This app does not deliver inside Aramco Dhahran, so don't waste your time. I waited 2 and a half hours before somebody told me this. Sitting at home, starving hungry, thinking the food was on the way. I did have some interaction with a lady, who kept saying the food was on the way, but eventually it wasn't. I could have driven to the restaurant myself in the time it took. Shockingly poor service. Use another delivery app - there are plenty out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware because there is no customer support for you! I would name it a fraudulent app because no one cares about your order! You just deal literaly with a machine! I would suggest contacting restaurants directly instead! At least there will be a decent customer service in place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with the driver who delivered my order. I sent a complaint through the app and nobody contacted me. There is no way to call them. Their customer service is terrible which is why I’ll be depending on other delivery apps instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would close this company if i can, so bad treatment by the Egypt employees especially the account manager his name is Ahmed.. he doesn’t want to do anything , I have a restaurant and I came to check my sales and transfers but he always rejects to meet the restaurant owners like a baby girl hiding between his small employees, if this treatment and this guy gonna stay for along period, As a social media influencer I am gonna do a big campaign against this company together with restaurants owners.
