★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i asked them for highlights and showed them a picture of what i wanted my hair to look like but they ended up making my hair extremely terrible they just made their own decision didnt care what i wanted with my hair and after the results my highlights were yellow and orangy, i kept telling her i dont want this color and she kept saying that itll get better. worst salon ever dont trust the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful salon experience ever, I’ve been there twice and every time I regret going back they always do the opposite of what you asked them for! And even convince you that it’s the same and they are professionals!! My hair looks so bad and she doesn’t even try to understand what I’m requesting for. + The whole salon stinks with the smoking smell!! The smell stuck on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the salon is a little small, the place is clean and inviting. You have good parking outside and usually there is a free valet service for parking.
The prices are a little steep, even for Riyadh Salons, but it seems the staff is very capable so that makes up for it.
I went for hair coloring and a trim with Ms Lulu and she is a very professional stylist who was pleasant and friendly. Although I am a terribly picky person, she was super cooperative throughout the whole process and redid the color until it resembled the shade I wanted. The booking process and everything was super smooth and I definitely recommend their services for hair coloring, especially Ms Lulu who was absolutely great!
