 The hotel is comfortable. The service is satisfactory. The food is very delicious with Indonesian flavors. Very suitable for quality economic packages. Really recommended for Umrah travels..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Experience And So Non Co operative staff and Management, I lived here for 5 Days Firstly We were given Room 103 , Then they asked us to change as they were renovating... then again after 2 days they asked us to change the room without providing any reason when I said no few of staff members misbehaved with us... none of the staff members understand or speak English, Wifi service is only available in Lobby area no wifi is available in rooms and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok but theres no wifi in the hostel rooms the one bad thing and the other is that the staff is very unfriendly and in the rooms the have maintenance phone and they dont listen to u fully they cut you off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad behaviour, even they dont permit guests to sit in yhe lobby. Wifi & TV remote are not available in the room. Bedsheets not changed in even 5 day's stay.About 950 metrs away from Masjid Nabvi. Staff dont know English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wifi was accessible at individual floors but not at main lounge. Lifts are very fast and active. Housekeeping room service is good and hotel is near to gate 310 of Masjid e nabwi.
