★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms had a funky smell that needed adjusting to. The food was horrible and made many pilgrams sick. I got some sort of food poisoning that lead to vomiting and fever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tofel kendka hotel is a fine hotel which is located in makkah city. They offer free breakfast and food menus are quite good. No body offers complimentary breakfast with the cheap room price. But this hotel is offering a breakfast. Nice place to stay with your family and car parkings are available. The only issue with the hotel is location. It is located in the mountain which is in the back of the main road. They offering free wifi as well and the speed is OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place in a keep quite location very near to Masjid e Haram Makkah. Shuttle service is available to transfer guest to public transport station.
Very supportive and cooperative staff. Specious rooms. Cleaning is perfect in all parts of the facility.
Restaurant is clean and breakfast is awesome with sufficient quantity.
I recommend this place who are visiting Makkah specially who are the residents of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Shuttle service available to transfer guest to public transport station.
Breakfast at the facility is awesome with sufficient quantity in a clean restaurant.
I recommend this facility to others for those who are visiting Makkah specially residents of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was good. It was one of the first hotels outside of Haram so it was a good price. It's at the top of a steep hill, but they had a shuttle bus that ran 24/7.
The rooms could have been cleaner. It just seemed like absolutely no one was doing any kind of housekeeping.
We were four in our room and only had 2 towels given for our 10 day stay.
Near the end of the stay, bottle water became more and more difficult to get .
