★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good hotel to stay in with your family. But there is little issue in parking. Moreover, rates are too high nowadays because there is huge influx of people for umrah. So instead of reducing the prices they have increased the rates. Secondly the behaviour of reception staff is not that good towards the non Arabic Muslims residents/non Residents. They are like Muslim minority in a Muslim country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 20 days, I must say the staff are very friendly and ready to assist. The rooms were kept clean by the staff and they changed towels and bed sheets almost every other day which was great. No long process for check in or check out.
